¿Quieres una web revolución?

Interesante articulo sobre el concepto de la Web 2.0 y un nuevo browser que sera lanzado en Octubre.

Wired News: You Say You Want a Web Revolution: “The Netscape threat that led Microsoft to wage the browser war and cross swords with antitrust regulators around the world is — at long last — poised to become reality.

Software experts say recent innovations in web design are ushering in a new era for internet-based software applications, some of the best of which already rival desktop applications in power and efficiency. That’s giving software developers a wide open platform for creating new programs that have no relation to the underlying operating system that runs a PC.”

Wired News: Killer Buzz Flocks to New Browser: “Flock advertises itself as a ’social browser,’ meaning that the application plays nicely with popular web services like Flickr, Technorati and del.icio.us. Flock also features widely compliant WYSIWYG, drag-and-drop blogging tools. The browser even promises to detect and authenticate all those user accounts automatically. It’s a clear attempt to be the browser of choice for the Web 2.0 user.”

Well, we’re pretty much a bunch of regular folks trying to shake things up.
